Last Saturday, I have came across a news in a newspaper that made me wondering why some people are so "cold blooded".
The case happened in Penang. A girl (around 10 years old) had fallen off from the 13th floor of the building where she lived (the reason why she fallen off is still unknown). The little girl's mother had cried for help from the people around her to help her to send her daughter to the hospital, but seems that no one was willing to help. When the ambulance finally came and rushed the girl to the hospital, the life of that little girl could not be saved. The hospital doctor mentioned that if the little girl could be sent to the hospital half an hour earlier, she could probably be still alive....
A life had gone because people were not willing to offer their help...they would rather to stand there and watch the whole incident...What if all this happen to all their own family and friends?? How would they feel?...
*sigh* What is really happening to the "heart" of people nowadays??

Yes...a sad incident. The mother lost her daugther and probably confidence in this society also...
The world we live in now are filled with selfishness nowaday. People no longer love their neighbours. Absurd superstitious believes is also another reason which keep them away from doing good deeds to others.
My deepest sympathy to the little girl's family. May her soul rest in peace.
